EasyLiving Home® Plans

Frank Betz Associates has designed a new series of plans approved by the EasyLiving Home® program. These plans are designed to be cost effective to build and include key features that make a home more accessible. If the home is built according to the plan with a step-free entrance and a threshold not exceeding ½ inch, it would meet the criteria for certification under the EasyLiving Home® program. However, for certification to occur, the program must be active in the state where the home is built and the home would require a site visit to confirm implementation of the requirements.
